I'd like to insert something about how his username at boingboing, consumerist and likehacker do not/did not display his full name nor did he have more than a handful of comments at these sites, thus it's not like anyone reading would think "Oh, it's that Karnofsky guy from Givewell." Not sure if this should be inserted in the chronology or elsewhere (my first time editing a wiki, be kind).
