Seanyboy and Darilo were the first two people to get to Cocos (I think) as well as Biffa. Chris and Adrian arrived drenched after the typically British downpour and got started on the beers. Dash rolled in later.

Adrian - I recall having an interesting conversation with dash at the cafe about how each person reading Mefi will hold a different and unique opinion of every other poster they've encountered. I agreed and drew a parallel to quantum theory, saying that before people discuss a poster's reputation in public, their opinions will exist as a cloud of indetermine modes. However, once someone starts a conversation about another poster (e.g. a thread in MetaTalk) then the reputation waveform is collapsed and people immediately gravitate to a mere few discrete opinions.
